How does per-seat pricing work?
Each seat is one login for one rep (or manager). You pay $29/seat/month — that covers unlimited AI sessions, voice sessions, the full scoring engine, and access to the manager dashboard for whoever holds the manager seat. You can add or remove seats at any time from your billing portal, and your charge adjusts automatically on the next billing cycle.
Does the manager get a seat too, or is the dashboard separate?
The manager is counted as a seat. On a 5-seat plan, you have 1 manager seat + 4 rep seats (or any split you choose). The manager seat includes full rep-side training access in addition to all the dashboard and coaching tools.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for your first billing period at the listed plan price. You'll get a reminder before the trial expires. Cancel any time during the trial from your account settings — you won't be charged.
Can I switch plans or cancel mid-month?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access through that date.
Is the annual plan billed per seat as well?
Yes. Annual Team pricing is $229/seat/year (equivalent to $19.08/seat/month), saving 34% vs. monthly. Rep Pro annual is $149/year ($12.42/mo). Both plans are billed as a single upfront charge per seat. You can still add seats mid-year; those are prorated to the end of your annual term.
What AI buyer personas are included?
The platform includes a full library of auto-specific buyer personas — payment-focused shoppers, trade-in negotiators, first-time buyers, lease returnees, cash buyers, and more. Boss-mode scenarios (Team plan) include the most challenging negotiators: buyers with pre-approved financing, aggressive lowballers, and customers playing stores against each other.
Do you offer custom scenarios for our store?
Yes, on the Team plan. Managers can build custom scenarios tuned to their specific vehicle mix, market, and the objections they hear on their floor. You can also upload an objection library — your real scripts — and turn them into live practice drills for your reps.
Do you offer invoicing or PO billing for dealerships?
For groups with 5+ locations or 50+ seats, we can accommodate invoice billing, purchase orders, and net-30 terms. Reach out to team@autosalesaicoach.com and we'll get you set up.
