The App does not provide professional sales consulting, legal, financial, or business advice. For professional guidance, consult qualified experts in your field.
You retain ownership of any content you create in the App, including roleplay messages and profile information ("User Content").
By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content.
The App, including its design, features, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by AutoSales AI Coach and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App uses third-party services, including OpenAI for AI functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOSALES AI COACH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoSales AI Coach and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
